Meet The Staff

Max (Feline), Office Manager

Max has been with SFVH since 2019 when a good client of ours brought him in for chronic URIs. Due to his continued decline at home and stability in the office, the client elected to rehome him to us, as all of the staff fell in love with his sweet and spunky personality. Max began his training for this position under Annie. She was a strict boss and showed him the ropes quickly. Upon Annie's retirement, Max took over and the rest is history. In his free time, you will find him either sleeping around the hospital, scratching his favorite pad, bossing the staff around, or stealing the staff's food.

Technicians

Laura, LVT

Laura has been with SFVH since 2006, she graduated from SUNY Delhi with her BA in Veterinary Technology. Laura and her husband Jeremy have two children, Zander and Arianna. She loves to spend time with family and friends as well as her pets which includes four dogs, two rabbits, and a cat.

Kaitlin, LVT

Kaitlin began working at SFVH in June of 2017, after having just graduated SUNY Delhi in the Spring of 2017. She knew she wanted to join the team after learning from the staff here during her internship. Kaitlin loves to spend her time outside of the office with her Bugg (Boston Terrier/Pug mix), Disney, and her Bearded Dragon, Daenerys.

Malissa, LVT

Malissa joined the team in August of 2019. She graduated from SUNY Delhi in the spring of 2012 and has been working as an LVT since. She spends her free time with her husband Joshua, their five dogs (Ava, Kairi, Schmidt, Flynn and Rebel) and their three cats (Dmitri, Turbo, and Gary). 

Mahala, LVT

Mahala, another SUNY Delhi graduate, began working here after her graduation in 2018. She and her boyfriend Jesse, have a wide variety of pets at home including their 4 dogs (Sassy, Hunny, Waylen, and Dudley), 2 cats (Mickey and Kenny), a Green Cheek Conure (Ricky), 1 turkey, a chinchilla (Bean), and several chickens and bunnies. 

Nick

Nick began working for SFVH in 2019, he enjoys spending his time with his wife Kiara, and their beagle Samson.

Olivia

Olivia joined the team in June of 2021 during her internship. She started as a Veterinary Technician in May of 2022 after she graduated with an Associate's degree from Alfred State University. She currently has one cat, "Jenni" (Jennifer Lopez) and one dog, "Benni" at home, and she is a great addition to the staff at SFVH.

Jessica

Jessica joined us in 2021, she spends her time outside of work with her boyfriend, their two cats, and pet tarantulas.
